Wishlist time again! I have been trawling Topshop all weekend as I'm absolutely loving their a/w range this year, so I thought I would dedicate this post to some of the clothes that I've been eyeing up lately.
That teddy coat...NEED! It has been reduced to a pretty reasonable £55 recently, which makes it even more hard for me to resist - I've agreed with myself (sad) that I will refrain from buying it unless I see it actually in store, try it on and it happens to fit/suit me. In my books that is pretty good self control sooo.. pat on the back for me I think! Then there is this perfectly grunge checked shirt, as well as being a classic style it also looks super comfy and the kind that should be sized up for that baggy, lived in look.
The tailored dress is £85 as it is from Boutique, but I love it because of the simple yet feminine and flattering shape, it would look great with black tights and a long sleeved top under it - smart daytime wear at its very best! The velvet skirt is just so cute, and very nineties! I'd wear it with a black crop top and a fluffy cardigan etc, and once again black tights would be the perfect friend for it.
I love these Barney boots because of the details on them like the gold heel and studded toe, these little embellishments make them a statement piece that would jazz up the most basic of outfits on a cold day. They cost £39 which isn't too bad, I would think of these as an investment anyway - we all need a nice smart pair of ankle boots don't we?
Lastly, I thought ahead to Novemeber and how cold it will probably be, and decided that this hat would be the perfect head buddy. I've never worn bobble hats, but I've seen a lot around lately and I think they look so cosy and warm that I can't believe I'm only just realising this. I can picture myself wearing it with a leather jacket and a big chunky scarf - cosy!
What have you been lusting after this week? Do you like any of these things? xx
