WHAT'S IN MY MAKE UP BAG | SPRING 2015

I haven't done an up to date nosey into my make up bag lately, and since they are one of my favourite kinds of posts to read, I thought the time was right to post another!

I love my Ted Baker make up bag, which was a Christmas present, but looking at it on the photo it seems crazy that all of that make up fits into it!  It also seems quite crazy that all of those products go onto my face on an almost daily basis..eek.
So right now - minus skincare - these are the products than can currently be found in my make up bag.  Looking at it, even though there are quite a few bits there I still think I've missed some out due to them being in my handbag etc!  My bronzer is missing and that is always kept in my handbag after I've used it in the morning, because I 100% guarantee that when I arrive at work I will somehow have gone back to being ghostly pale, so it's straight off to the bathroom mirrors to bring myself back to life.

So what is in there are a bunch of Zoeva Rose Gold brushes, 1) because they're are good quality and make applying make up a dream and 2) because they're pretty!  Then I have the Eyeko Skinny felt tip eyeliner, which I really love because the slim tip is sturdy and makes it easy to create a straight, precise line.  On my bottom lash line, if I wear eyeliner then Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl is my go-to.  It blends so easily, the kohl is soft and doesn't drag and it doesn't smudge or run throughout the day.
My current eyeshadow of choice is the Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze, which is a stunning gold shade that is extremely pigmented, easy to apply, and it doesn't leave that annoying crease on your eyelid - yay!
My new favourite mascara is MaxFactor Masterpiece Transform.  Maxfactor is my all-time favourite brand for mascara, so I tried this knowing that it would be good - and it didn't disappoint.  It lengthens my lashes whilst adding a good bit of volume, and the thin applicator makes it easy to apply to the bottom lashes too.
Anastasia DipBrow is my holy grail brow product, so all I can say here is buy it, buy it, buy it!  I cannot see myself ever needing to try anything else, this does such a good job of filling in and defining my brows that as soon as I start to see myself hitting the bottom of the pot, I reorder it again straight away.

Face wise, I'm still loving the L'Oreal Infallible 24hr Matte foundation, mainly due to it's great coverage and even better lasting power - I don't need to touch up my base all day when wearing this, which is saying a lot considering I have pesky oily/combination skin.
My all-time favourite concealer now is the Estee Lauder Double Wear, which has finally solved all of my awful under eye problems.  I use the lightest shade, and it counteracts the dark purple and for once makes me look like I've had a full nights sleep (I am a deep sleeper so it always annoys me that I look like I haven't slept in weeks!).  The consistency isn't as thick as the Collection concealer, which in my opinion makes it easier to blend and stops any annoying little creases appearing.
I am still loving the Topshop Glowstick for highlighting my cheeks and cupid's bow.  It is just so easy to sweep it on, blend briefly and go, and it looks natural with no glittery shimmer too.
My current blusher is the beautiful Essence one that I posted about a few days ago, it is the shade Heat Wave and it just epitomises everything I love about summer make up - it's bright, tropical looking and it's light on the skin.
My lipstick of choice changes on an almost daily basis, but right now I am loving my old favourite, MAC impassioned, as it is a bright, juicy pink that compliments my blusher and goes nicely with the summer clothes that I'm daring to wear so far!

So there was a rather long-winded trip into my make up bag!  I love these kind of posts so if you have one then please link me to it so I can have a good nose into it! xx
