MY SIMPLE NIGHT TIME SKINCARE ROUTINE

I couldn't post my morning skincare routine without also going through my night time one, so here it is!  I mentioned before that I have been suffering a lot lately with my skin, in particular with spots on my chin, so I try to pick my products carefully and use as few as possible.

I remove my make up using the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish hot cloth cleanser, which I love and cannot believe I never tried earlier!  The cleanser is applied all over the face and then removed with the muslin cloth it comes with, wet with warm/hot water.  It gently exfoliates make up of, and my skin feels truly very clean afterwards.

Straight after this I use another Lize Earle favourite, their Instant Boost Skin Tonic spray, which I believe acts like a toner and soothes the skin after cleansing.  This is also super gentle and feels just like water being sprayed on your face, it leaves my skin smooth and ready for moisturiser etc to be applied.

A new addition that I am trying out for the first time is the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum, which is probably aimed at more mature skin than mine but I am using it around my eye area which I now will be most prone to raging and sun damage.  A little goes a long way with this, I haven't been using it for very long but so far I am impressed with it.

I apply the Origins Drink Up Intensive mask once or twice a week, and when I wake up in the morning my skin feels refreshed and hydrated.  When I'm not using this I apply a No.7 night cream which is ideal for oily/combination skin, as this mask is just not ideal for daily use.

I try not to switch up my skincare too much as this is usually what causes my break outs, so these are the main products in my regular rotation!  What products are in your skincare routine? xx

  5. Both Superdrug & Boots No7 do a hot cloth cleanser that is very similar to the Liz Earle one and I've loved both too.
